Anjoy Foods Group Co., Ltd. was established in December 2001. The company is primarily engaged in the R&D, production, and sales of frozen foods, including quick-frozen prepared foods, quick-frozen rice and flour products, and quick-frozen prepared dishes. Anjoy has strategically established a total of 12 integrated production, sales, and R&D bases across China, including the Xiamen headquarters, Wuxi Anjoy, Taizhou Anjoy, Liaoning Anjoy, Sichuan Anjoy, Hubei Anjoy, Henan Anjoy, Guangdong Anjoy, Shandong Anjoy, Xin Hong Ye, New Liuwu, and Honghu Anjoy. In addition, the company holds controlling or equity stakes in several subsidiaries such as Wuxi Marketing, Anjoy Mr. Frozen Food, Hubei Anrun, Oriental Food Express, and Jiangsu Dingweitai. With nearly 20,000 employees, Anjoy’s business footprint continues to expand.
After more than 20 years of development, the company has gradually become one of the most influential and well-known frozen food enterprises in China. On February 22, 2017, Anjoy Foods was listed on the main board of the Shanghai Stock Exchange. In 2022, the company became the first frozen food group in China to achieve annual revenue exceeding RMB 10 billion and a net profit of over RMB 1 billion. In 2025, the company recorded operating revenue of RMB 16.193 billion and net profit attributable to shareholders of RMB 1.359 billion, firmly ranking first in the domestic frozen food industry in terms of scale, profit, and market capitalization, demonstrating strong development resilience.
While consolidating its leading position in the domestic frozen food industry, the company has also seized the opportunity to actively explore the promising overseas market, advancing its international strategy in depth. On July 4, 2025, Anjoy Foods was officially listed on the main board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, becoming the first “A+H” dual-listed frozen food enterprise in China and the first “A+H” dual-listed food enterprise in Fujian Province, marking a new phase with a global perspective.
